Hudson's Hope Vacation Packages

⭐️ 1 Star – Extremely disappointing stay I’m very disappointed with my experience at the Radisson in Fort St. John. I had to check out early and gave the hotel adequate notice, expecting to be refunded for the two nights I would no longer be staying. Instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly given excuses and told I would have to wait for the manager. I was continually given different explanations and delays regarding when the manager would be available, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. In the end, the hotel refused to refund the two unused nights. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. The shower water was barely lukewarm, the elevator was out of service, and the Wi-Fi was essentially nonexistent during my stay. For the price of the room, I expected a basic level of service and functioning amenities. Instead, I dealt with multiple issues and then had to fight to get a reasonable resolution when I checked out early. The lack of accountability and customer service was the biggest disappointment. I would strongly recommend management take a serious look at how situations like this are handled, because this experience has certainly affected whether I would ever stay here again.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.

Our room was exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. I would recommend this hotel.

Always welcoming
