« I stayed for 2 nights and got there at 1:30 pm the room was ready and they charged me $50 to check in an hour early that’s crazy considering there were only 3 other cars in the parking lot. I have never been charged anything to check in to hotel after 1pm if the room is ready. I hope charging an extra $50 for 1 hour early is worth someone never staying there again, where has customer appreciation and customer service gone??? »

« The rooms we very beautiful you can tell they were just redone but , i did request a down stairs room due to handicap but did not get one . The AC in my room barley worked as it stayed above 80 every night and day with the ac set at 62 . The water ran out of the pipes brown, every morning when first ran . The ice machine did not work at all and No coffee pot in the room and you had to take your own trash to the dumpster no xtra bags for the one little bucket . For a fast pinch it was ok but for...
