Indoors, the upgrades at Quiet Fairways present multiple levels for family fun. The main level provides a TV, and comfy sofas are ready for great spectator sports. The basement has a beautiful workspace for those who can't wait for tasks. The relaxing basement offers games, a TV, and a kitchenette. Be prepared to enjoy ample indoor seating options when socializing and lounging are both a priority. The living room at Quiet Fairways boasts vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a coffee nook. Just off the living room, the dining room hosts a table that can accommodate the whole group. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be cooked to taste in a kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances and a granite central island with barstool seating. The large laundry room is well equipped for handling messes from a day at the community pool or golf course. Things to Know Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours.
