"Where do I start. First of all, the neighborhood is safe, very quiet, and friendly. The host was always available if I needed anything. Completely renovated, excellent like the photos. Nice park and playground right across the street. Location was perfect, right in the middle of Jacksonville and Swansboro, with a mini mart a mile down the road, they close at midnight fyi. Would 100% recommend and will be booking again on my next visit. -B.A.M."

"If you like to control the temp in the house you can’t.The owner has a lock box on it and set at 75. First house I have VRBO that had that. Renters should be able to control the temp. Everybody’s comfort zone is different.First day had to get MX man to open box up and turn AC down. Came back from dinner and temp 80 in house. AC was not working. They got an HVAC person over to fix AC that evening.We had no other issues the rest of our stay.Toilet paper was on back of toilet. No toilet paper...
