The hotel is a beautiful property, but it starts showing the time passing by. Hopefully, the administration can keep it modern, updated and functional for many years to come. The room was big, and the bed was very comfortable and clean. The surrounding area is just marvellous! The mountains, vegetation and towns are breathtaking. I want to come back!

Fabulous hotel on a beautiful property
Unfortunately we arrived at dark and left at 8:00 the next morning. VERY nice hotel.

Nice staff but dirty and noisy hotel
Here are the positives: very nice, accommodating staff, good breakfast, nicely kept grounds. Here are the negatives: hotel is right off the freeway so the rooms (not the cabins) are VERY noisy, particularly with big trucks carrying coffee and sugar cane all night long. Also, the hotel has conventions and holidays and they rent the space for celebrations which add to the already noisy rooms. Bathroom was VERY dirty, shower curtains unwashed, mold in the tub, old, ragged towels, unworkable bathroom handles. There is no coffee maker in the room and had to pay extra to get one, no iron, bad internet connection. Note: I sent a prior review to Orbitz and was surprised that the staff received it almost immediately!!. The administrator offered another room - an upgrade which we turned down as we had one night left and did not want to have to move (the cabin was far). Still, it was a nice gesture and they tried to do the right thing.

Staff very friendly and caring, excelent service at the restaurant. Everything very clean, quite and a beautiful park surrounding the building.

Malo pero la única opción del área.
La comida es muy mala, no hay señal de wifi en las habitaciones, falto de personal, muchas parejas lo utilizan como motel por lo que es incómodo escucharlas durante la noche, no tiene buen sistema de aislamiento de sonido.

La ubicación, sus áreas verdes, su restaurante y cafeteria, servicios en general excelente. Se pueden ir remodelando las áreas de habitaciones o poner calefacción en las mismas ya que es un lugar con un clima donde hace mucho frio o moscos con calor. Gracias. Pero si volveria.

Cuenta con áreas verdes amplias, done se puede caminar con mucha seguridad, paisajes bonitos, la ruta para caminata es bastante agradable el restaurant con buena comida, precios similares a otros restaurants, no tan económicos pero que valen la pena

Este establecimiento tine un campo pequeño de Golf, canchas de volivol, sendero para caminar de 1,500 metros. No me gusto que habia algunas areas cerradas y el wifi lento

Si pueden, pregunte mejor por las cabañitas, vale la pena, el hotel esta muy bien, pero considero que para ir en plan de familia, o amigos, las cabañas están más padres
