We absolutely loved Quinta Bella! The pools, the beach, & the restaurants are a highlight. The beds & pillows are average at best. Staff were lovely & friendly

Great property all the restaurants all have great options beach rate in the front with an infinity pool. Friendly staff Entertainment nights are great Walking distance to downtown for shopping, and 1 million other restaurants to choose from Can’t wait to do it again

A great place to stay and reasonably priced. Very good food and great service at the onsite restaurants. The only poor point was the internet / wifi reception wasn’t the best in the room I was in (3rd floor wing). Not a concern if you have cellular data to use.

The first evening we were there, I was about to have a glass of wine on the terrace when I noticed a sign there that stated that if we consumed any food or drinks on the property that was not purchased from the hotel we would be charged a fee and that we had already signed an agreement to this effect. That was a surprise as at reception, I had been shown a list of rules in small print which of course I didn't read as it would have taken some time. The only thing the receptionist mentioned was "no smoking", not a worry for us. We were there over a weekend and they played loud music at the pool which drove us crazy. The beach is right there which is convenient but rough waves would intimidate most. I went swimming but because of the rough water didn't venture out too far to snorkel as no one else was engaged, scary on ones own. The staff was great. Restaurants we felt were overpriced. We wouldn't stay here again.

This is a good alternative to an all-inclusive resort. Right on Chahue beach, some entertainment and plenty of (expensive) dining options. There are two pools and many rooms have a private dip pool on the patio. It’s a good location too. Besides being on Chahue beach it’s also a 12 minute walk to Santa Cruz beach and marina. I would stay there again

This property, overall is awesome. BUT, the room smelled terrible, was poorly cleaned (there were the same things under sink from previous tentants) that were obviously not sweeped for weeks. The rooms smelled terrible, and are in a major need for refurbishment and the views were not as advertised from the room. BUT, the pool and beach and restaurant and overall vibe; was fantastic and I would go back to stay in a heartbeat (even though the rooms sucked).

Beautiful property, amazing food, staff are incredible. Loved how quiet it was in comparison to a traditional all inclusive property. Definitely recommend it for families and couples.

Wowzers!
So much packed into this cozy package. awesome location close to town, 7 restaurants within 100 meters, 20 min drive from the airport, ecofriendly (turtles even laying their eggs on the beach at the resort), great ocean swimming ( just watch the wind and the currents created by the wind), clean ocean water, feeding frenzies of birds and fish daily just offshore at the resorts (very safe), the area is amazing, great people, great staff and the breakfasts overlooking the ocean are to die for. Even the dinners on the ocean. The nightly events at the hotels (salsa night, opera night on the beach). The sunrise view from your balcony will take your breath away!

Wonderful onsite restaurants. The splash pool rooms are great. Boutique like atmosphere 2 pools. great live music. the room towels need a good soak in bleach or replaced, as they were stained but smelled fresh. The beds are soft- better than our mattress at Secrets. The a/c works. Staff is great and worked with our poor Spanish skills. They are friendly and so hard working. The Beach is very clean (very close, too), and the area is very safe - 2 things the area prides itself on. We loved it so much, we returned for 1 more night before we went home.

I liked that it was quiet and not very busy. The pool was too hot at the time we were there. warmer than the outside temp. Cold water was added one day but I suspect that was why the pool was mainly empty. Would have been nice at 95 degrees if the pool was refreshing.

Quinta Bella is a beautiful property on Playa Chahue. The rooms are older and small, but decorated nicely. We had a large veranda, but because of their rule you cannot have your own drinks or food on it, only hotel, we hardly used it.

We enjoyed our short stay at Quinta Bella. The pools and beach are outstanding and the restaurants were nice. We had a car and parking was safe and easy with a spot right in front of reception each night. We ate lunch and breakfast at one of the restaurants. Good and service was great. We ventured into town for dinner. If you want a nice and relaxing place in Huatulco, Quinta is a good pick.

The property is in a nice beautiful bay. It is quiet with not many people on the beach. Two nice pools and what seem to be plenty of chairs. The service was excellent everywhere at the hotel. People were very friendly and know how to run things. We got a deluxe room on the second floor and it was very good but you should be aware that not all rooms have a full view of the ocean. Ours had a partial view which initially seemed not good but we spent most time on the beach.

The pool staff was very attentive and personable. They took care of our every need at the pool. Excellent service with that staff. However, as our 3rd return to this hotel we found the property and rooms to show signs of wear. Very disappointed when going to dinner we were told we couldn’t be served for over an hour for a late dinner. Proceeded to another restaurant on the hotel property that had several tables open and were told they were full for the night. We found the lobby and pool washrooms dirty and unkept. Not a good experience overall during this stay. Not sure if we will return.

I like that the beach is right there so you can hear it and relax. What I didn’t like is that the water in the pool (room) is not warm, it’s refreshing but at night in December feels cold.

Hotel has an excellent location on Chahue beach. The staff are very friendly and professional. It is not a very large hotel, so the pools and facilities are not busy. Restaurants hve excellent food and view from terrace restaurant is amazing.

On arrival we were given a musty downstairs room which staff attempted to dry out and spray with air freshener. We were moved to an upstairs room overlooking the parking lot for first night and given a 400 peso refund for the one night change around. The next day we were placed in the best room top floor overlooking the beach with a private balcony pool for the rest of our one week stay. The staff were excellent and the various restaurants made amazing food. There were also some excellent restaurants just 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The week was Perfect.
