The hotel is located on the edge of town, was easy to reach and to rejoin the motorway network when leaving. Found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Good bar and restaurant facilities on site. Bedroom and bathroom very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Appreciated the free, secure private compound with more than ample parking spaces. With some directions from the reception staff, it was easy to take the bus into town.

It was an alright Hotel. But overall Disappointed
We booked a 'Twin/Double Room' which allowed us to select on the bedding. Option 1, '2 Single Beds'. Option 2, which we ticked was '1 Double Bed, 1 single Bed' However our room had 2 single beds pushed together. As my husband is 2 Meters tall, Not only does he not fit on a Single bed, but we also enjoy sleeping close together and as happens with 2 single beds merely pushed together, someone winds up half falling through the gap when the beds push apart during the night! I went back to reception, politely pointing out the error & asking if the beds could be made up into a double, happy even for a sheet. I was told that my booking was for a twin room, and the reception lady pointed to where it was selected '1 Double Bed, 1 single Bed' I explained that it was not a double and a single but rather 2 singles, and on the booking she could see the other option '2 Single Beds' was not selected. Not what we booked and expected. I was merely told the hotel only provides 'Twin Rooms, 2 single beds' as they get more bookings through this. So we slept an uncomfortable night. Note even with the window open on a cool rainy night it was still very hot and stuffy. Room was ok otherwise. No fridge. a Bit dated. But for the price we were more then happy and prepared to forget the bed issue. However as we left she again raised the issue, pointing to where it said '1 Double Bed, 1 single Bed' saying you booked a twin '2 single' no! Restaurant was surprise. Nice food for dinner!

Dear Hannah, Thank you for your messenge. We are realy sorry for this mistake, through hotels.com you can only book single or twin rooms, there is no option to book a double room, in observation you can write your preference (two beds or one big bed) but its depends of the availability, so if you dindt have one big bed room was becouse there was none available. But thanks to your messenge we detec that there is a fail on their web site and for that reason you can chose betwen "2 Single Beds" or "1 Double Bed, 1 single Bed". We allready order them to change it. Many thanks again to share your experience with us. Best Regards

Horrible hotel. Stay away.
Don't stay in this hotel. Horrible! Too far from downtown. There's nothing nearby. Rooms were very small. Air conditioning did not work. We requested a room change. Beds very hard and uncomfortable. I could swear bed had bed bugs. After staying here three nights I had multiple insect bites all over my body.

Hôtel sympa
Chambre très propre,calme. Grand parking, fermé. Petit dej simple, sans plus. Par contre, bon dîner pour 20€ par personne, entrée, plat, dessert, pain et bouteille de vin compris. Jardin et terrasse extérieure très agréable pour prendre un verre.

Bon rapport qualité-prix à Pampelune
Bon rapport qualité-prix pour cet hôtel en périphérie de Pampelune. Le réceptionniste à notre arrivée était très serviable et des plus agréables. Chambre fonctionnelle au calme, avec baignoire. Parking facile. Arrivée tardive possible.

Efectivamente realizamos eventos pero no es habitual que supongan ningún problema para nuestros clientes del hotel ya que los salones dónde los realizamos están debidamente insonorizados. Sea como sea, te pedimos disculpas ya que siempre puede haber algún ruido excepcional en el exterior ajeno a nuestro control. Un trato exquisito, te hacen sentir en casa. La habitación y el baño son amplios y la cama muy cómoda. Puezes aparcar perfectamente y el el servicio de cafetería como el restaurante trabajan muy bien.

Hotel con obras sin aviso
Trato seco por parte de la persona que nos recepcióna, habitación minúscula nada que ver con lo que parece en fotos, cambian el desayuno en vez de buffet se supone que a la carta, habiendo solo un camarero para darlo. Y lo mejor el ultimo dia que el agua caliente salia marrón y tuvimos que marchar sin ducharnos y con un simple lo siento lo diré, penoso.

Buenos días y gracias por compartir sus comentarios. Ante todo quisiéramos pedirle disculpas por los inconvenientes que le pudimos ocasionar durante su estancia. Sin embargo, quisiéramos tener la oportunidad de explicarle el por qué de tales acontecimientos ya que lo que sucedió fue algo extraordinario y puntual ajeno a nuestro control. Todos los trastornos que menciona fueron originados por un mismo motivo: el inicio de unas obras de reforma en un espacio de nuestras instalaciones. Por esta razón, tuvimos que cambiar el servicio de desayuno a otro de nuestros comedores y la organización del mismo se vio algo afectada. Asimismo, las obras nos ocacionaron varios cortes de agua no programados y éstos fueron los causantes de que el agua no llegara adecuadamente a las habitaciones durante un lapso de tiempo. Desde luego, somos conscientes de que estos contratiempos internos no deberían haber afectado a la experiencia de nuestros clientes y por ello, le trasladamos nuestras más sinceras disculpas y le mandamos un cordial saludo de parte de todo el equipo, esperando poder volver a atenderle en futuras ocasiones y compensarle las molestias ocasionadas con una magnifica nueva experiencia.
