Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, ddntro de los cuartos se escucha el ruido de los pasillos, unas toallas que nos dejaron tenian olor a combustible, el hotel en general esta desgastado ya por los años, definitivamente no está como muestran las fotos.

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel and all I can say it was a 10/10 experience. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast was amazing, the view from our room was breathtaking. There was an oxxo next to the hotel if you wanted a late night snack which was super convenient. We will definitely be coming back!!

Room was nice, staff were okay, didnt try the breakfast and ac made a lot of noise but worked pretty good. I was mad because when a made the reservation thru expedia I was supposed to pay around $60-$70 for 1 night and I ended up paying $104 which didnt make sense but i didnt want to look for another hotel at the time.

The room was excellent—Room 802 exceeded my expectations, and I was very happy with my stay. I would like to sincerely thank you for your kindness and attention to detail. I especially appreciate being placed on a higher floor, as I always prefer those rooms and find them the most enjoyable. Thank you again for making my experience so pleasant.
