This is a 3 star hotel. The internet connection in reception was good ,But terrible in our room kept dropping out and so unreliable The pool was lovely as were most of the staff . It is in quite a good position in Hua hin . We were on a high floor but it is near a main road and so tragic noise ( especially the amount of emergency vehicles noise )

This property is simple and budget friendly. Great location. 10 mins walk to the beach. Has little bar, restaurants and massage booth right next to the hotel.

Good value hotel close to centre of Hua Hin
Super location with the beach, shops, railway station all close by. Staff are lovely. Nice pool. Comfortable beds. Great views from upper floors. Hotel generally well-maintained though bathrooms are a little dated.

Need to do much better.
1 The room description includes a safe. There was none, so I went to discuss with reception. They said safe here in reception, which is not what the listing specifies. After haggling, eventually a room safe was provided. 2 The wifi worked only about 30% of the time, even afted I contacted reception. Other Thai hotels have good wifi. 3 Uncomfortable bed, with nasty synthetic sheets. However, they are clean. 4 The hotel guests are mostly quiet older people, but the rooms come with a very thin connecting door to the adjacent room, so you can hear everything. 5 Well done for having a bath, but the water is not warm enough I have stayed in Thai hotels for 600 baht a night where everything works better thsn here.

유럽인들을 위한 호텔, 현금주의해야.
위치 좋고 시설 나쁘지않고 가격대비 괜찮은 호텔이고 프런데스크에서 일하는 직원들은 친절하지만 방 청소부나 수영장 관리 직원들은 문제가 많아 보인다. 16층에서 4박을 묵었는데 같은층(내 방에서 두개 건너) 유럽인들이 묵는 방들은 오전에 청소가 되지만 내방은 오전 9시쯤 방청소해달라는 싸인을 걸어놓고 나갔다 오후 2시쯤 와도 청소가 되어있지 않아 매일 청소부에게 직접 청소를 해달라고 얘기해야 했다. 수영장과 피트니스룸을 관리하는 직원은 정말 가관이다. 유럽인들이 와서 수건을 가져갈때는 일어나서 수건을 직접 챙겨주고 야외 베드까지 가져다 주며 케너피도 쳐준다. 나를 포함한 동양인이 수건을 가지러가면 처다보지도 않는다. 피트니스룸의 에어컨을키는 리모트컨트롤이 안보이길래 에어컨을 켜달라고 했더니 싱경질 적인 행동으로 룸에서 스위치를 올려 켜주고는 째려보고 간다. 도저히 역겨워 참을수 없어 따졌더니 손을 절래절래 흔들며 영어를 못한다는 표현을 한다. 4박을 묵으며 느낀 전반적인 호텔의 분위기는 유럽인들을 위한 호텔로 보인다. 그리고 확실한 증거는 없지만 방에 금고가 없어 북백에 넣어두얶던 한국돈 25만원이 없어졌다. 혹시라도 손을 탄게 아닌가 하는 의심이 든다.
