Beds VERY firm and AC worked but not veey strong. Staff spoke a little English, yet very friendly & helpful. Wifi was so-so, sometimes worked well other times stop working every 5 min. Breakfast very Japanese, but did have yogurt, toast, rice porrige, and fruit. Coffee was great.
