I reported the issue to the front desk clerk who apologized and said they were remodeling and would have it looked into. She was very kind and professional. I would recommend this property to anyone. "We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times in the past two years on our way to and from Sturgis. We have zero complaints about this location! It is always clean, smells great, has friendly staff, and is a great stopping point on a long journey. The quiet parking out back is appreciated and, for the larger trucks and semis, there's a nice gravel lot for easy parking. Highly recommended. "
