We stay at this hotel on every visit to town and have had zero problems. This visit was an exception. Our bathroom was not cleaned before we arrived. There was mold on the wall tile in the tub and long, black hair was on the bottom of the tub. The toilet seat was completely loose on one side ( I fixed it) and there were long, black hairs on my bed sheet.
The morning we left, the hot food containers were not turned on ( an error anyone might make, but considering the room problems, it was just an added frustration) and consequently the eggs and sausage were cold. The manager, who we have always had a good relationship with, offered to comp our first night. I didn't expect it and don't know if he did. We will give them one more chance next time visit, but they are on " probation".
