"This was our second stay at the Sunset Escape. It is so peaceful and relaxing with a great sunset view. We love that we can rent a boat and tie it up on the dock. It has everything you need and is close to all Shawano has to offer. Communication with Kyle and Jenny is clear and fast. "

I have read some reviews where they talked about the water but if you ever lived in the country you know there can an odor . We used the water for everything. My siblings and I have my been doing yearly get aways for about 30 years and this was one of the better places we have stayed Again thank you Ryan and Heidi."

"8th time coming to Anderson Lake Lodge and it never ceases to disappoint. It’s a perfect spot for a large group gathering with “up north” vibes. The lodge has tons of space to spread out and sleep comfortably, has lots of games and activities both inside and out, well stocked kitchen, strong enough wifi, and ample seating both inside and out.Only downside for us is it’s not directly on the water, but it’s a short walk to jump in or dangle your feet off the pier. On the upside it’s nice to be right next to a bar/restaurant and just down the road from a gas station for any additional provisions. The hosts are communicative and flexible. Check in and check out are easy and seamless. 5 star spot!"
