Property was tidy, code was given on day, parking space available with permit left on table, beds comfy, powerful shower. Quite area, floorboards are loose which rattles the floor and wardrobes. "Absolutely awful… Stains all over the walls, stains all over the carpet.. Musty smell… It was so bad, we lasted 15 mins, we simply could not stay in that room on the top floor.. We handed the key to a staff member, left the building and rebooked at a hotel 20 metres away.. "

"The self serve check in machines x 2 were not working. No one the front desk, asked the lady managing the bar she said she would be there in a bit, but in the meantime continued to serve new people coming up to the bar, cleaned multiple tables all the time whilst I was waiting just to check in. Once I asked again and she came over to help,! but she was sickly sweet. I just wanted to check in. 20mins later it finally happened. Room was good, had kettle and tea available for the morning. Bathrooms were clean and had shampoo, body wash and hand soap. Check out was a different experience and the man at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. Did not use the restaurant or bar. I would stay again if in the area. Make sure you register your car at check in in the lobby. I had heard of people getting tickets. "

"Very convenient location. Near a main road yet quiet. Ample parking spaces. Clean rooms although the carpet on the alleyways are coming off. Very good for the price. We arrived to find only 1 set of towel for a party of three but it was sorted out quickly at reception. Would definitely stay again when around the area. "

"Our room was on the top floor. No lift so a few flights of stairs to get there. Room was small but adequate. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. We dined in the restaurant as there wasn't a lot of choice nearby. Hotel was handy for what little Boston had to offer."
