The neighborhood:  
  
Midtown is a very walk-able neighborhood, you don't need a car if you stay here unless you are going to the outside of the city. There will be some tips provided inside the unit but ask me if you need anything.  
  
Getting around:

\-There's a bus stop 300 feet away  
\-Metro rail Stop is 8 min walk  
\-The rest of the Houston are is a short Uber away  
\-Drive if you have to  
  
Other things to note:  
  
\- Please be respectful of your neighbors.  
\- Remember you should enter at the BACK of the property (This is a duplex).  
\- No pets or smoking in the house (no cig, vapes, hookah, cigars, marijuana, etc). Smoking or pets in the property will result in a $200 deep cleaning fee.  
\- Any damages or violations will be charged to guest.  
\- 24 hour recorded surveillance on the outside of the property for your safety and security as well as the neighbours.  
\- Lock all doors/gates and turn off lights/AC behind you when you enter/exit.  
\- Note that checkout is at 11AM and check-in is after 3PM. Any non approved late check-outs or early check-in will result in a $50 fee if within an hr or a full day fare if longer.

In houston for a baseball game and an overnight stay. This was the perfect place to stay. Everything is exactly as stated and presented. Great comms with owner, Alex is quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

Wow! Loved this little studio! Definitely going to be my number one pick anytime I’m in Houston! Location is fabulous, it’s so quiet in the neighborhood, very private and secluded from everyone yet in prime location for a big city!!! Not to mention it smelled so darn clean and it was absolutely pristine!
