It allows our guest to experience all the excitement of downtown and city living without being trapped in the middle of all of the chaotic hustle and bustle. You really can't beat this location. Getting Around: 2 car garage parking, lots of free street parking available. There is also a large lot behind the home where guests can also park. Easy to walk to local cafes, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. I stayed here for about 4 nights and I had a wonderful stay. The finish out of the unit is super nice. The TV in the living room is huge. The beds are very very comfortable. The roof top deck has an amazing view of downtown and is a cool place to chill at night. I was able to pull my Toyota Tundra crew cab in the garage. There was plenty of street parking near the unit. The instructions for the stay were very clear and helpful. I was able to access the unit with no issues. Sleeping quarters quite compact but it worked out. The property was located close to all of our weekend events which was a plus. However, the property is not perfect hence my 4/5 star rating, although it's a great property. My group consisted of 8 women and we had ample space and were comfortable in the home. However there are some things that could have made our stay an A+ 1) More towels are needed. There are only two sets of towels in each bathroom, which means that each person had one towel for the entire weekend. The home sleeps 14+ guests, and considering that there were only 8 of us, we should have had plenty of towels. We had to go to Target and buy additional towels. 2) Cookware & Dinning Utensils- The home has top tier appliances, but horrible cookware! For the price this homes needs to have more cookware and dining utensils. We had a private cook and the cook had to bring additional cookware and dinning utensils in order to adequately prepare and plate our meals. 3) The home is very clean, with the exception of the bathroom rugs. The rugs in the bathroom need cleaning! The are visibly stained. These are minor issues and were minor inconveniences. Overall, I recommend this property and would stay here again. ##### Katrinna M.
