Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located downstairs duplex a few blocks from Rice Village & Rice University. Located on Dryden rd about 5 blocks from our world leading healthcare facilities like MD Anderson & St Luke’s. We are happy to host you for long or short term stays and welcome your furry friends. This property has everything a guest will need for a comfortable extended stay. Pets & early check in must be approved by host, additional fee required.

This is a traditional looking red brick home with a white front door. It’s a duplex with a the upstairs unit is also an airbnb unit and I rent the downstairs out for families visiting houston or medical tourists.

I live next door with my family and will be available if you have any needs during your stay.

Beautiful neighborhood with tree lined streets. Lots of families out waking to Rice Village for coffee, shopping or dinner. Very close to Tx Medical Center, Herman Park, & our Museums.

This is a very walkable neighborhood but you’ll need a car to get to most places.,

There is parking in back but it’s a tight driveway between property & fence. There is plenty of street parking right in front of house. Recently updated couch and a few lounge chairs. No indoor cameras.
