Enjoy our large rooftop terrace - relax by the fire pit or hop in the hot tub, all while taking in the breathtaking views of the Houston skyline. The Space: The House: THIS IS A FREE STANDING 4 STORY HOME. No walls are shared with the neighbors, it is not a town home. The home is a new build (2022) and features all new appliance and hardware. The home is 2,500 sq feet (not including the massive rooftop). Rooftop: Boasting to be the largest and hippest rooftop in Houston, this home features a 700 sqfoot rooftop large enough for all your guests to enjoy together. Features include: Hot tub, 12 person outdoor dining table, 12 person expansive sofa sectional, fire pit, foliage photo wall, two custom neon signs, moody rattan lanterns, and of course a stunning view of downtown Houston. 1st Floor: Oriental Crane Room - boasts a bold, custom crane wallpaper motif with inviting mid century modern accent lights. Large king bed with en suite full bathroom. 2nd Floor: Modern Living Room with fully stocked kitchen, dining table for 8 and counter seating for 4, large queen sofa pull out couch (comfortable memory foam mattress, 75" smart roku tv, and a chick dual purpose make up vanity and workstation area. Also features half bath / powder room and a large juliet balcony that overlooks the driveway and neighborhood. 3rd Floor: Abstract Bunk Room: Finally a bunk beds you WANT to sleep in. These bunk beds are very sturdy and specifically designed for adults. They can bear up to 600 lbs on each surface. This room features a custom neon sign, abstract chandelier, and chic brushstroke wallpaper. Designed down to the details, each bunk has a personalized night light mounted near the bed for ease and personal use. Grecian King Room: Features a large Statue of David painting overlooking a King bed. The room is designed with modern light fixtures and chandeliers that play beautifully against the timeless painting. Austin was amazing and made sure we were taken great care of. The AC unit froze during our stay which was the day before Easter and Austin made sure it was take care of immediately, especially seeing as the following day was a holiday and it would likely be impossible to find a handy man. The house was beautiful, the neighborhood quiet and the location was prime, literally within 15-20 minutes from all of our scheduled activities. The balcony with the jacuzzi was fun for us to hang out play games and all be together comfortably, The only “negative” was the fact that there were no full length mirrors for us to check out our outfits. We did not get to spend a lot of time on the rooftop terrace because of quiet hours but it looked nice! Solid parking for 4 vehicles. The area isn’t the best, but we never felt unsafe. Listing is exactly as described—very spacious and in an amazing location.There’s a bit of foot traffic in the area, which is expected in renovated neighborhoods near downtown. We never felt unsafe, but it's still good to stay aware of your surroundings.Plenty of space for large groups. The bunk beds are larger queen-sized frames, so they're comfortable for adults as well.The only thing to note is the need to keep noise levels down at night, especially on the rooftop. As a very large group, we would have liked to spend more time gathered near the hot tub in the night time, but were warned to keep the volume low, which limited how much we used that space. But we had no issues. Overall, a great stay—modern, updated, and in a super convenient location. ##### Milton G. Great location to access all point in the Houston area. The rooftop really is spectacular; the views, layout, and hot tub makes it a prime gathering point. The large kitchen and living room area is great for cooking, breaking bread together, shoot some pool while watching the game and having a beer is perfect for friend s and family. The area is up and coming; close to UofH, the light railway, and theirs a Shipleys down the road…very important if you love donuts and kolaches. Overall 5star all the way. ##### Corey j. The location in regards to the university is PERFFECT! The neighborhood is very mixed but we had 0 issues. We used street parking, driveway and garage parking and all three areas worked out great! The house was big enough for our large group to hang out but also gave us our own space at night. The teens enjoyed it(17-19yrs), the kids had fun on the balconies and the bunk beds (5-6yrs), and us adults had plenty of space and nice views!
