This listing is for Unit B of a two story duplex with its own private entrance. Nestled perfectly in one of Houston\`s bustling neighborhoods, you will find tons of attractions at your doorstep. Within walking distance from countless bars, restaurants, stadiums, and downtown activities. Newly renovated, super modern space with luxury finishes that will not disappoint! The O\`Four is a newly remodeled duplex with two apartments. This listing is the upstairs unit. It is designed for modern enthusiast, who enjoy a cozy home away from home who love indoor and outdoor amenities. This unit offers 2 private terraces! More Details include: High speed internet, TV, Netflix. Also laundry and a full kitchen equipped with all cooking basics. Sleeping arrangements 1 King bed ( Sleeps 2) 1 Queen bed (Sleeps 2) 1 large couch (Sleeps 1 if necessary) Air mattress (upon request) Pillows and sheets provided Parking: 1 car allowed inside driveway \*additional street parking in front of home Key Rules: \*NO SMOKING \*NO UNAUTHORIZED GATHERINGS \*Guest Access information and instructions will be given upon check in \*Early check-in/Late check-out is available upon request Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival. The early check-in fee is $25 per hour up until the normal 4pm check-in time. \*Late check-out is 12pm and the fee is $40. Late check-out is only applicable if requested. If you overstay past the agreed upon normal 11am check-out time there is a fee of $80. This location is right down the block from the purple line train. There is a Kroger's a few blocks away and it’s very close to the downtown area. Beds were really comfy and bathrooms were beautiful! I will say it’s close to some train tracks so if you are a light sleeper that could potentially be an issue but we just play rain sounds at night anyway and the train was drowned out easily.
