It has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 full bathrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and the other two are on the third floor. First Bedroom, located on the first floor overlooking the Front yard includes one queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in bathtub. Second Bedroom: This bedroom is located on the first floor by the garage entrance. It boasts a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. Third Bedroom: This room, located on the third floor, has a full size beds, an en-suite bathroom, a bathtub and a wall mounted TV in the bedroom. Living Room: The open-plan living room is located on the second floor, and connected to the kitchen and dining area, making it perfect for entertaining. Kitchen: The kitchen is well-equipped with everyday essentials and is perfect for enjoying quality time with family while preparing your favorite meals. This home is ideal for those who enjoy the energy of the city with quick access to major highways, local dining, shopping, and all that East Downtown Houston has to offer. Our guests have complete access to the entire home. We like to give our guests their privacy. But please know that we are only a phone call away.
