Carlos’s property was clean and well-maintained on the inside, but the apartment complex itself was quite unpleasant and lacked cleanliness. The location was great for me, being conveniently situated near various amenities. However, I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to check in early after requesting options, and Carlos informed me that I could pay an additional fee to check in close to the scheduled check in time. I wish this had been communicated to me when I initially inquired about early check-in. Aside from these minor inconveniences, my stay was generally straightforward and uncomplicated.
