This LUX modern 3 BED, 2.5 BATH 2-story home is also 3.5 miles from the med center and 8 mins to Galleria. The house is nestled along the Buffalo Bayou Bike Trail, giving you walkable/rideable access to downtown parks, restaurants, shops and entertainment. Dwell HTX is located in the heart of the historic First Ward Arts District less than 1 mile from downtown Houston. The home is located steps from the Buffalo Bayou Bike Trail with easy access to bike share stations. The path offers gorgeous views and a quick ride to downtown. There is also plenty to explore in the 1st Ward neighborhood where you can take a short walk to a local coffee shop, restaurants, beer garden, and the Sawyer Yards Arts Complex that features more than 300 art galleries and arts related businesses. Minor notice the washer and dryer are not working properly. Tried using on last night and washer didn’t spin and dryer make a loud noise. Overall the place was great and I usually don’t have to wash but needed clothes for plane ride. I would stay again. ##### Tonya D. The house was in a great location for Houston and in a very quiet safe neighborhood. Its walking distance of a brand new convenient store that had everything you could need. It was also very clean and matched the description completely. It is conveniently located in the heart of Houston, near events and activities. It is very close to the railroad tracks and at least 4 trains went by every night.
