Great amenities, comfy beds. As we were driving to the house, some of the nearby neighborhoods gave us a little concern. However, the home is located in an area that is obviously being updated. I was glad to see gated parking for our vehicles. Several homes in the area seemed to party loudly at night, but once we were inside, it wasn't much of a bother. I will say that the home is described as near downtown and medical center. After we checked out, the description showed 3rd ward. This would have given me some pause for safety reasons if that had been in earlier descriptions, but all worked out!! Me and some friends stayed the weekend and not only was it EXACTLY as it looks in the pics! The unit was fully stocked and extremely comfortable. Its in great range from fowntown and if you like nightlife, there are a few different clubs right around the street. Don't be alarmed though, the neighborhood is very quiet. The host was very attentive and a listener. I love how she communicated with me when we experienced a Error with the payment. I can say the place it self was a 10/10 clean GATED driveway. The house was in a prime location for short trips to the event and restaurants afterward. It is beautifully renovated and very comfortable. The down stairs is an open layout perfect for spending time with family and fully furnished. The room are clean and very comfortable with tvs in each room if you feel like private time from your group. ##### Esteban O.
