Great spot for a two night work trip!

I came here for a work trip, and no other hotels were available, but I was very pleasantly surprised to see there was a sink with filtered water and a desk that had a TV that squirt from the bed to the desk to view. The shower was also absolutely beautiful and the unit stayed. Cold is spicy, humid, muggy heat.

Hotel staff was amazing. The bed was super comfortable. Rooms give hosiptal vibes, very small for the price. Just not visually appealing. Would not recommend for that reason only.

I liked the size, the amenities, the staff were super great. Only issue was the thermostat was set to 65 & we couldn’t change it. So we froze. The bathroom light was super dark. Other than that was a great stay!

The location is good, near by shops and restaurants. The staff were nice. The free breakfast was okay, yogurt bar, cold cereal, egg with cheese omelettes, sausage patties, and potatoes. Muffins, bagels, pastries & toast. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The shower wall needs repair. The room could use a ceiling fan.

First the room were not clean. They did changes us to another room. They clean just fast the rooms. My truck window got broken and they didn’t care or just told us that we have signs all over the hotel. It was 3 trucks and 2 days later was another vehicle. The food service Personel were great. Those guys are a 10.

One persons opinion

The last visit the stay had a great breakfast. The eggs were great and food was cooked to perfection. This stay a was not as good. The bacon was very mushy and the eggs had no flavor. The hotel itself was very clean however the front desk person that checked me in seem to not be as informative about the hotel as the last trip. Something has changed and I am not sure what. All in all I would stay there again because it did feel safe however hopefully they get stuff back on track like my first visit.

Houston - Element

Hotel was dirty and the elevators are in need of service. One was out of order and the other was a rough ride! Informed the staff of my concern about using the elevator again and they were dismissive. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable. However, overall the hotel was dirty and unkept. We will certainly not be staying again.
