Check in was so easy. Literally the fastest experience I’ve ever had. The Jo location was great. Right Behind a super target. Super clean. AC worked great. Beds were soft enough. The rooms were very spacious, I loved the cubbies and the fact this could be an extended stay option because of the mini kitchen. Also just fyi there’s no breakfast included in the AM, but we didn’t mind at all.

This hotel was very poorly instructed. I don’t think they put any insulation in the walls. It’s not easy to get a good night sleep in this hotel because you can hear everything going on in the room next-door. Homeless party was going on in the room next-door till 5:30 in the morning. After that, I could still hear their TV blaring. You could also hear everything in the hallway and everything in the room on the other side. People talking TVs, slamming microwaves running. This hotel is new and clean and the staff is nice, but it’s doomed to fail because of the poor Construction. It’ll become a crack house in no time.

Staff was amazing, except the GM Sydney Reed. Unprofessional and wouldn't let us stay longer due to having a disabled, yet potty trained 16+ year old retired service dog. This place is supposed to be dog friendly! Also Sydney Reed expected us to call to get the TV fixed. Her job Not the guests!! The rest of the staff are so friendly and very helpful. Especially Kyla.. she should be running this beautiful Extended stay Hotel! The rooms are very big, looks like an Apt. Full size refrigerator, stove top for cooking, 50' TV - though you have to pay more for better WiFi/Internet. Laundry room with more than one washer and dryer. You do have to take out your own trash,, but wasn't a problem. If you need to get fresh towels, to,etc, you need to go to front desk and request them. Place is quiet. Nearby restaurants, marketplace and urgent care/ hospital. Would have given this place a 5 star except manager had us leave due to a physically disabled dog. Not to mention that two of us are physically disabled! Filed a formal complaint against Sydney Reed,who should be fired! Other dogs were there that were allowed to stay, but didn't have disabilities. If you plan to go here, stay away from the rudest, unprofessional GM Sydney Reed! Talk to Kyla!!

Staff deserve credit, they were nice. Room and building was like a work camp/ modular structure. Minimal facilities, queen bed in whole motel, they were the worst i have ever seen. Just moving making noise when u move a little bit on that bed.-10/5 to bed. You hear people from adjacent rooms and upstairs. 0/5 to facility overall.

Elevator didn’t work first night so I had to carry all luggage up and down to 3rd floor on stairs, also key pad to enter building didn’t work so I had to swipe card 10x to enter building… the night staff on check out date of 2/17 was very rude, both nights the power kept cutting on and off so I got no sleep because I woke up to the microwave beeping

How can you open a new build hotel and install the most shoddy, cheap beds and bedding on the market. The matress buckles with two adults. Serious. Im not a moan and groaner but this is the status. To top it offthe sheets are so scratchy and cheep you feel like you are nestled in burlap. Pure junk. On the otherhand, fhe hotel is brand spankin new and actually outfitted with nice fixtures. I guess the owner thought, "Since we have to replace bedding often we will soft open with the cheepest we can find and then after a year or so we'll upgrade. Not a smart approach because you want repeat business, and he/she/they already sent ustomers packin.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were so overwhelmed with the situation they had to deal with. There was no water two distant times. Plus the 1st room i had was terrible. Bad in the aspect that every single noise could be heard and was like an echo! I had absolutely no sleep the 1st night. So the girl was very nice and moved me to the 4th floor and it was much nicer. With the exception of not having water now that was a problem. But they did eventually get it fixed.

The room was nice and big and yes, the ac kept the room cool. There was no hot water on Saturday night. It was luke warm at best. The attendant said there was no weekend manager to report the problem to but someone should be there to fix it on Sunday, the day we checked out.
