Aside from the obvious swing chair the decor is fantastic, there's a balcony overlooking the Houston skyline, a pool table, washer/dryer, jet tub in the master and a mini bar. You can see the convention center from the property which describes how close the house is to the center of downtown but it's so much quieter so we slept very well. The host was also incredibly attentive and checked in via vrbo messenger to make sure all was well. In a new and upcoming hip area with restaurants and the truck yard within walking distance. Spacious and decorated very well. I had everything I needed. CVS across the street. Only minor complaints would be the pedestrian gate out front is a beating to open and the code in and out is temperamental. The master bedroom bed was not super comfortable. The Loft was perfect for us and our friends visiting from overseas. With the bedrooms on different levels, it was the perfect mix of privacy and space to gather and connect.
