• Cozy and modern King Bed with plenty of pillows  
  
• Walking distance to two major Hospital (TX Children West Campus and Houston Methodist West Campus)  
  
• Central A/C + Heat.  
  
• Fully equipped kitchen with blender, Keurig coffee maker and toaster  
  
• Workstation for business travelers and conference visitor.  
  
Our team is available everyday from 8am to 9pm for guest interaction via the airbnb app or phone call.   
  
Please we advise guest to wait till business hours to contact us, unless it’s an emergency.  
  
Conveniently located in the heart of the vibrant 77084 neighborhood, this cozy studio offers a peaceful retreat while being close to everything you need.

Guest have access to every part of the apartment as well as the amenities like the gym, resident lounge. Other amenities are subject to availability  
  
This is a cozy Studio crafted carefully to accommodate a guest traveling alone, couples and small family.  
  
Houston is a pretty big city and your best option to get around would be having a car or utilizing ride share. We also do have the metro buses as well, but they do not come that frequently
