Welcome to Bayside Bliss, a delightful bay home nestled in the heart of Seabrook, Texas. Just a five-minute drive from the vibrant Kemah Boardwalk, this cozy retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience for an unforgettable trip to the Texas Coast. With a Cowboy soaking pool, outdoor fire pit, large covered patio, and Galveston Bay just a short walk away, Bayside Bliss will become a family vacation favorite!  
  
● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1\.   
  
● Location: Seabrook, Texas - just a 5 minute drive to the Kemah Boardwalk  
  
● Private Pool: We have a Cowboy soaking pool on the ground level that can comfortably fit up to 8 people when it\`s time to relax and cool off.  
  
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.   
  
● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.   
  
● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.  
  
Inside, the open-concept living spaces are designed for relaxation and gathering, with plenty of room to unwind and enjoy time with family and friends. The home has four inviting bedrooms: the master suite features a king-size bed, and the second and third bedrooms each have two queen-size beds, ensuring plenty of space for everyone. The playful fourth bedroom is a highlight with its custom-built triple twin bunks, perfect for kids wanting a fun and cozy sleeping arrangement.  
  
Step outside to enjoy the deck space, ideal for dining and taking in the sunset. Below the deck, the shaded patio provides a comfortable spot for lounging and cooling off, along with a Cowboy soaking pool for refreshing dips and an inviting fire pit for evening gatherings under the stars.  
  
Bayside Bliss offers both relaxation and adventure, with its close proximity to local shops and restaurants in Seabrook as well as the Kemah Boardwalk\`s lively attractions. Whether you\`re exploring the nearby boardwalk or enjoying the tranquility of your private retreat, this home ensures a memorable and enjoyable stay for all. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.  
  
House Rules:  
\- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.  
\- One-night stays must be approved.  
\- Groups larger than 10 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.  
\- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.  
\- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.  
\- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.  
\- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.  
\- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.  
\- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.  
\- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

We enjoyed our week at the Seabrook Retreat. While there are a couple things that could use a few touch-ups, the house is very cozy and great for enjoying sunrises/sunsets from both decks. It's in a nice neighborhood, with great parks and just down the road from the beach. We saw deer and rabbits on our evening walks.

The home was as described. We loved the location. The kitchen had all the things we needed to cook. The space was great. Beds comfortable. We rented the home because we wanted to use the pool. Friday was to be the chill night outside by the pool. It was dirty and even though we called and texted every day no one ever came to clean. The lights in 2 of the bedrooms did not work properly. The cleaning crew left bottles of water in the home sitting around. Overall a great location. Disappointed because of the issues and the lack of importance for the management team to take care of the issues.
