But the rest of the facilities need a lot of TLC. The service desk personnel must change their Hindu way of doing business. In america you've to smile and be courteous when providing customer service. Luckily if we kept door closed and fan running it wouldn’t permeate the room . My room was labeled as a non-smoking room but there were cigarette burns on almost all of the furniture and more than one burn per piece of furniture. The parking lot was barely large enough to fit my pickup truck. First they told me they didn't have a reservation for me through hotels.com. They booked me a room anyways. The room was horrible. The furniture had burn marks and stains all over it. The bed was rock hard, and things were falling apart. I looked up images of what the room would look like and it was NOTHING like that there. Desk help and cleaning crew were helpful and friendly. There were only a couple of negatives. One negative was the TV was a bit outdated. The TV worked fine, but had no HDMI port to transfer data from computer to TV screen. The hotel was also on a very busy street.
