Spend the holidays together in Houston. This 4BR, 3-bath home sleeps 10, with a bright dining room, a second dining area and an open kitchen made for holiday baking. After dinner, play ping pong in the game room, start a movie in the cinema room, or relax in the hot tub. About 15 minutes from NRG Stadium.

The home's sleeping arrangements are as follows:



Primary Bedroom - King with En-Suite Bathroom

Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed

Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed and Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Bed

Bedroom 4: King Bed with En-Suite Bathroom



Additionally there's a full bathroom in that's shared by the bedrooms and living areas of the house.

The Neighborhood:

Located in a vibrant, family-friendly neighborhood, this Houston home offers easy access to a variety of activities and attractions. Explore nearby parks, shopping centers, and local eateries, or take a short drive to popular destinations like the Houston Museum of Natural Science and the Space Center. The area is known for its safe, welcoming atmosphere, with tree-lined streets and a mix of dining options ranging from casual bites to fine dining. Whether you're into outdoor adventures or cultural experiences, you'll find something for everyone.



Other Things to Note:

• Gate will not be useable for guest

• NO PARTIES/EVENTS ALLOWED. Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking.

• Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies.

• Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.

• No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

• Landscaping: Is done once a week.

• Grill: works with propane gas

• Pool:

Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.

As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.

The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. Gate will not be useable for guest

• Security Cameras: For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.



• House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.

• Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.

• Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
