It is a house with water views. We have stayed here twice snd the owner was open to improvements our last visit implementing some immediately. Very kind guy. Quick walk to the beach and drive to Houston amenities. I appreciate the curtain rods to cover windows with the extra sheets they have to sleep in. Overall would recommendSuggested improvements:Beach towels and a few kid sand items/boogie boards. Doesnt have to be much but those are my favorite places to stay that have them. Labels in kitchen and on more light switches. Dish pods and laundry pods, 1 per night would be appreciated. ##### Emily L. Our family loved and enjoyed this vacation house for our family gathering on Mother's day weekend! Very convenience to just walk across the street to play in the beach. Very clean and spacious house. The king size bedroom is huge and have access to the balcony where you can have a nice view of the beach. The full size bunk beds are surprisingly comfy.
