« In general the property needs updating. We had some safety concerns as follows. First the front porch and bench is in need of repair and hand rails. Living room carpet need tacked down on the corners currently a tripping hazard. Staircase to upstairs could use another hand rail being the steps are steep. Second floor smoke alarms were in need of being secured to ceiling and in working condition. Better lighting outside the house in front. Concerns with structural deficiencies in bathroom...
