(1,001 reviews) The team was very nice and welcoming; however, the room lacked proper care and attention to cleanliness. The shower gel bottle was empty, and despite requesting a refill three times over two nights, it was never addressed. The mirrors were not properly cleaned, and it felt like the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed — I was glad I had slippers with me. There was no water kettle, only a coffee maker, which made it impossible to boil water for tea without the lingering taste of coffee. Overall, while the staff was pleasant, the room quality did not match the price. It felt overpriced for what was offered.
