Hi Amram, We are so sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay. We do have staff consistently each morning and afternoon, but do not always have someone manning the desk in the evening, particularly on slower days. We actually called you, as we do all our guests, the morning before you checked in to go over our check-in procedures, and left a voicemail, but we did not hear back. We always explain details, including how to get in touch with someone on call should you need something, in advance. Sorry that we missed you. One of the reasons that we implemented the faceless check-in for most guests was for the safety of guests and staff during the COVID crisis. We are revisiting our policies now to see which should stay and which should be changed again. Thanks for your feedback. As the happiness of our guests is very important to us, we'd like to extend a 50% discount on a future stay. If you give us another chance, we'd love the opportunity to change your mind and show you how hospitable we can be.
