We were 2 adults. 2 young kids and 2 dogs, and this property was perfect for our Spring Break trip. It’s nestled in the trees and far enough from any main roads so that it’s practically silent. If you get up early enough you might even see deer roaming past the driveway!
Inside, the house is very clean and recently updated - looks even better in person than in the pictures. Even though the weather was chilly during our stay, the house kept a nice temperature inside.
The dogs appreciated the small fenced area off the rear porch - there’s even a dog door if your pups are used to using one.
We loved being inside the gated Hot Springs Village which has lots of trails and lakes, and didn’t feel that busy. A word of warning though, some of the facilities like the dog park can’t be used as a visitor since they require tag access and you won’t have a tag.
Property managers and owners provided plenty of information in advance so getting into the village and property were easy.
All in all, this would definitely be a place we would use again on a future visit to the Hot Springs area.
