"It is a bit dated, in a way, but also kind of retro. Nice sized room. Very comfortable beds. Love the real wood paneling. If we come back down there next year, we will definitely stay there again"

"We booked this trip last minute and had no idea about how great the area is. This ended up being a great call. Moderately priced and has a great restaurant and Cafe. Room was modern, clean and decent size. Has some great history too!"

"The accommodations were good - nice bathroom, comfortable bed. The hotel is adjacent to a highway, so there was some traffic noise. The front desk clerk wasn't always available when we needed something. The breakfast was very good, nice variety of offerings for every taste."

"We had a wonderful stay. The property was welcoming, and full of character. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the hospitality made us feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Marlinton or exploring the beautiful West Virginia mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Overlook Manor. Check-in was easy. The arrival instructions had everything we needed, and the house was ready and comfortable when we got there. It made a great home base for a golf weekend.It's a beautiful spot with a peaceful setting and easy access to everything in the area. We'd stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it."
