  • Courthouse Square is a charming home located in the heart of Hot Springs! Just a half a mile from downtown, and only 1.5 miles to Oaklawn Racing and Casino, this two bedroom beauty is a true gem!

    This 1,400 square foot duplex was built in 1928, and has been beautifully restored to highlight the large rooms filled with natural light! With all the amenities of home, you are sure to enjoy everything that Hot Springs has to offer!

    The space
    Courthouse Square has a huge Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed and Cute Little Sitting Area for reading and relaxing.

    The Second Bedroom has a King Size Bed as well and is decorated beautifully!

    The Living Room is big yet still cozy. Electric Fireplaces in the Living Room and Bedrooms keep everything toasty in the winter months. Air Conditioning in the Living Room, Dining Room and Bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans in every room, keeps this gem cool during the summer months.

    You have access to the entire 1,400 sf of the downstairs unit as well as the screened in porch. There is private parking on the property as well as street parking. Laundry Services onsite.

Property was just as described. Very convenient to everything Host was very proactive and easy to converse with about details of our stay and accessing property. Property had washer and dryer as well as all conviences of home with items needed in the kitchen and bath.. Very spacious and nicely decorated and equipped with air conditioning in all main parts of the home, we really enjoyed the electric heaters in the bedrooms for the cool morning getting ready for our day.. Only drawback about this property is the band noise from the main strip but once we got settled in you don't notice it. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to stay...
