"The stay was horrible, and will not come back. Hotel reservation was rough, i had hard time confirming my stay, local transportation at the beginning. They can't arrange local transportation to carry luggage when we took seaplane. At our first dinner, we had to pay over $5000 dinner for 4, which was not explained prior to our arrival. "We noticed a nice looking hotel online at Kamadhoo island and thought it would be a nice stop for our Maldivian island hopping experience. We booked in for one night at the Swarn by Hawks. It was a beautiful hotel with amazing ocean views. The floor to ceiling glass view of the ocean is quite spectacular. We were upgraded from the Deluxe Sea View to the Executive Suite, which was amazing. We enjoyed it so much we decided to extend our stay a couple extra nights. Our travel plans changed and we ended up extending our stay at the hotel for another week. Ravin (the manager) was very accommodating in every way. The staff went out of their way to make our stay amazing. We only ate the breakfasts at the hotel and it was a delicious buffet breakfast. We can’t comment on the other meals because we ended up eating out at the local restaurants. There was construction going on around the hotel and there are deficiencies in the newly built hotel, but they are addressing them and doing renovations as needed. The cost/night reflected this and more than compensated for the issues. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. As we were leaving one of the workers ran up to us to give us a few items that we accidentally left behind in the room. Everyone at Swarn by Hawks contributed to make our stay a memorable one. Thanks for everything!!"

But what really made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the incredible team who went above and beyond to make every moment special. A huge thank you to Yoosuf, whose warm welcome and attention to detail set the tone for our entire visit. He seemed to anticipate our every need and ensured everything ran perfectly throughout our stay. Felix impressed us with his friendly professionalism and genuine care, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Anand and Francisco added to the magic with their wonderful hospitality — whether it was at meals or around the resort, they made us feel completely at home while still delivering five-star service.
