Arriving on a 40’c day & no one at reception to check in - after 10-15 minute wait air conditioner wasn’t on in our room which smelt mouldy & bathroom very outdated - bed was comfortable which was the only plus Won’t return to this venue

Thanks for your review. It proves that we cannot satisfy everyone. I just closed reception for 10 mins to pick up my kids from school. U can wait in your car for 10 min if it was that hot. No one keeps aircon on whole day until guest arrived.Thank you very much for your understanding

What can i say ..
Have stayed here before as its middle of the road accommdation as far as cost. Room small, but clean. Took about 5 mins of running hot water tap in shower to get hot water .... what a waste of water! Same over hand basin. Towels are on the thin side, probably due for replacement. Was an exceptionally cold night, (not hotel's fault) but lucky there was an extra blanket in cupboard. Electric blankets on bed, but i'm someone who doesnt like them, so glad there was a extra blanket. Breakfast, ok , disappointing.... hubby's eggs & bacon good, but scrambled eggs .. not sure what pan they were cooked in, but i thought it was brown rice to start with. Didnt eat it, took 1 of hubby's eggs instead.

Very clean, chrisp sheets dated but more than adequate bed was very comfy great value for money indoor pool small but great for kids. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We had the family room and the second bedroom was cold. The shelf with many electrical cords was unsafe. They had a toaster and a microwave but only 4 plates with knives and cups. I just felt the rooms could do with a 'face lift'.

Staff member was super friendly and even gave my toddler a free choccy out of the fridge, the motel itself is on the main road and is extremely noisy at night time but that is out of the control of staff members.

We needed a place to stop for a night, truly though the smell of cigarette smoke and old rank body odor was overwhelming and ended up giving me a nose bleed from my smoke allergies. I tried sleeping with a mask on to quell some of the odor but it wasn’t effective - my husband ended up sleeping in the car as he was practically sick from the smells. I don’t think that they have a smoking policy so I am assuming that this was from some time ago and it’s just lingering but it made for a terrible nights sleep for my whole family and we left as soon as we could! If I had it to do over I wouldn’t stay again. The smell was repugnant. They need to clean and paint that whole room and dispose of the mattresses, carpets and anything else holding on to the smells from their past guests! Until that’s cleaned up take heed, the smells are absolutely disgusting.

Easy to find motel. Needs an upgrade. Room ok, small but was ok for 2 of us. Looked like it had a repaint & new carpets & shower screen, but rest of it was outdated. Was expensive for what was there. Bed was comfortable though.
