"We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend this accommodation more highly. From the moment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations.the property was spotless, beautifully presented and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect , and ideal for exploring the surrounding area. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were excellent, and the whole place felt warm and welcoming. Without hesitation this is one of the best places we have stayed, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway."

"Robin’s Rest is an immaculate property where the owners have literally thought of everything. There is a great secure garden for dogs, which is so hard to find, and has the added bonus of a paddock directly behind the property. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet and had a perfect short break."

"Grayling house is on the outskirts of Winterton and seems to be right in the country, although the town is only a few mins walk away. Some great Winterton walks go through the road it's on, so very coinvent for walks in the countryside. It's very well equipped and there is pretty much everything you could need for your stay. Clean and modern, I would recommend this to anyone who want's a peaceful stay in the country."

"We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crossways cottage. The location is excellent for everything in Winterton on Sea. Poppys and the chip shop were both very good and the Fisherman’s return Sunday carvery was exceptional. The cottage itself is very homely and a lot of thought has gone into it. The garden is dog friendly and the patio set is perfect to make the most of the sun as it’s quite sheltered. We only had a few very minor issues - only one toilet roll so had to buy some, no bottle opener that we could find and the shower was a bit low for the tall members of the family. The winder stairs weren’t as bad as I was expecting, easy using the handrails. We would definitely stay at the property again."

"Nice clean property, comfortable sofas and bed, lovely garden that’s secure for dogs. Fantastic beach behind the property that’s dog friendly.Ended up getting takeout or eating out in the evenings as the oven and hob are very dated, it takes the oven an hour to get up to temperature, all the symbols are worn off so you don’t know which setting to use (there is a instruction sheet on the wall but you still can’t tell which is which). There is no instructions for the microwave so wasn’t sure how to use that either. Kitchen could do with some basic things like food tongs, pizza cutter, a whisk, some roasting tins/trays, salad bowl, pasta bowls, would have made things a bit easier.But saying that, we had a very pleasant stay and really appreciated the lovely welcome pack that was left, thank you! 4 dishwasher tablets and 2 toilet rolls to start us off was also appreciated, maybe a couple of washing pods in case of accidents ( like spilled milkshake!) I had to go out and buy a whole box just for one top! Ample parking for at least 2 cars out the front and you can even leave the front door open if things get too hot in the kitchen as it’s all fenced off and gated to the front so dogs can’t escape. Winterton itself is a lovely place with a pub, a chippy and a shop that sells just about everything! We would definitely go back. "

"Beautiful cottage in stunning location. Within easy reach of pub and cafes all serving excellent food. Village shop and store plus fish and chips shop. Wonderful beach for walking our dog and enjoying the scenery.Cottage well equipped and clean. Warm and cosy with every need catered for. Unbelievable we will return! The host Samantha goes over and above, even providing a luxury welcome pack, thank you."
