"This was our first time staying at Lithia Springs Resort, and other than trying to find the front desk to check in, our impression of the property was impressive. The grounds were beautiful, with a walking path. Our room was very nice and we couldn't hear our neighbors. They did offer breakfast but we chose to go into Ashland instead. Overall, we loved it and will definitely be back! "

"This is a very clean, super friendly hotel on the souther edge of downtown. Parking is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, come with a fridge and microwave. And everything is easily walkable. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast or coffee, but the price is great even during peak season. And they have a pool and jacuzzi! And if you forget anything, the staff will be happy to FedEx your belonging back to you. (At your expense, which is only reasonable.) We love this place and will definitely be back in the future."
