Le restaurant est tres bons, le service au top, le petit dejeuner est en buffet, varié et régulièrement réapprovisionné. Les chambres sont propres, sans vis-à-vis, bien insonorisées. « Really cool hotel in an ancient Medieval building right in the heart of the city. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and I love that it was downstairs in the old wine cellar. And our room was MASSIVE and had a great shower and lots of closet space and shelves. I also love the free coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby that we could access 24 hours a day. »

Chambre exiguë sans climatisation, sans ventilateur (caution obligatoire), sans bouteille d'eau (malgré la canicule), sans réfrigérateur, sans sèche-cheveux. Fenêtre de la chambre jamais nettoyée à l'ouverture problématique. Salle de bain super étroite. Impossibilité de se garer devant la réception sauf à utiliser l'immense parking payant (tarifs élevés).
