(I see on another site the 2nd bed is a 'twin'; in any case sleeping 4 guests is a stretch. 2) the map looks very close to main town activities, but turns out set way up on the hill so was not very walkable or bike-able to town. 3) hot water supply runs out before 4th person gets a quick shower.
