Appartement non prévu pour accueillir 4 adultes. Sofa bed digne d'une planche de fakir. Entretien très insuffisant. Équipement cuisine daté ( hotte aspirante hors d'usage) et très peu d'ustensiles et de vaisselle pour cuisiner et prendre les repas. Planche à repasser cassée. Coffre fort inutilisable. 2 blocs climatisation très bruyants dont un collé derrière un rideau ( plutôt dangereux, mais des pinces à linges permettent de le tenir...). Barbecue du roof top (22e étage) plus chaud à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. Seul point positif, la piscine au 22e étage. Appartements libérables à 11h du matin, mais plusieurs passages des femmes de ménage dès 8h00\. No stress quoi ! Pas de contact au départ, mais étant donné la qualité de l'accueil à l'arrivée, c'est pas plus mal ! Bref pas de quoi se réjouir. The room was awesome and conveniently located literally 3 blocks from the beach and 1/2 from the market. The rooms are nice and having a kitchen, fridge and balcony was awesome. Only issue we had was there was an older asian lady security who was VERY rude and escalated a misunderstanding which made it uncomfortable. But overall this place was well worth it. Bedding clean but not good quality. Condo and corridors smell musky. Also be aware that there are more tenant/owners than holidaymakers within the property. Small pool on roof with 10 sunbeds. We definitely felt misled since we were expecting to stay at Waikiki Beach Condominiums and booked for a nice room with an in-unit washer and dryer along with our own designated parking space. However, since we were told we were actually staying at Ilima Hotel by staff at the condominiums, we were blindsided by the changes and our expectations. Ilima Hotel was fine itself, but if we wanted to book for Ilima Hotel, we would have booked it directly with them in the first place. Overall, the booking was misleading and we felt deceived and discontent when we initially found out about our reservation. And it was convenient to wash my clothes in own room by washing machine. But when I booked this room Expedia said there is a bottle of water but I didn’t get it, so I asked the manager, but they ignored my question. And there was a trouble about the leak from the ceiling so I asked the manager again but they didn’t reply as well. The place was very convenient but these attitudes made me disappointing feeling. Thank you Jennie for ##### Kyle Séjour de 10 nuits en août 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### SATORU Voyage de couple 5 août 2025 Points forts : Propreté, état et installations de l’hébergement Points faibles : Commodités 6泊で利用させて頂きました。 こちらの施設にはフロントが無いので、現地に着いてからチェックインの連絡先に連絡すると女性が出てきてチェックインは隣のイリマホテルに行ってくれと言われ、とりあえず隣のホテルのフロントに行ってみるとすぐチェックインできました。予約した施設とは違ったものの無事チェックインできたのでホッとしてました。 この時点では何も説明がなかったです。 昼間は外出してほとんどいなかったのですが、宿泊をして3日目の夜中1時にフロントから電話が鳴りました。出てみると私のこちらのホテルの予約は昨日までで次の予約が入ってるので明日出てくれと、しかも超過分の宿泊費用がかかると言われました。 次の日の朝にフロントに話に行くと、ホテルの予約がブッキングしてるみたいでコンドミニアムのオーナーと連絡が取れないという事でした。その日はノースショアに行く予定があったので朝早く外出し、夜ホテルに戻ると超過分を払わないと部屋に入れないと言われ1日半分400ドル以上払わされ、しかもすぐ荷物をまとめて隣のコンドミニアムに移れと言われました。 残りはコンドミニアムに移り宿泊しましたが、事前に何も説明がなかったので、現地の友人も交えて抗議しました。 こちらのコンドミニアムは予約がブッキングしてる場合、隣のイリマホテルに回されるようでチェックイン時にその説明が何も無かったので私達は最初全然理解出来ませんでした。 その後帰国日にオーナーと連絡が取れ超過分の費用は払ってもらえる事になりましたが、今回初めてこのようなケースになってとても大変でした。一緒に行ったパートナーが英語が堪能であった事、現地に友人がいた事でなんとか今回のケースを乗り越えましたが、英語が話せない私1人ではとても無理だと思いました。 こちらの施設を利用する場合、ある程度英語が話せる方でチェックイン時には日数等をきちんと確認した方がよいです。 コンドミニアムのお部屋自体はとてもよかったのに今回このようなケースになってしまい残念でした。 ##### SATORU Séjour de 6 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Anita Lynn 20 juill. 2025 Points forts : Propreté, commodités et état et installations de l’hébergement. Parking lot was a huge help which we didn’t have to pay extra; other places you had to pay for parking daily. Condo was clean, safe and quiet. Very easy to get help with if needed.
