was done in 2019. This high level condo on the 37th floor of Tower 2 at the

Waikiki Banyan features sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and Diamond Head.

For your convenience this condo comes equip with stainless steel appliances in

a full kitchen with plenty of storage space! The condos kitchen includes a

refrigerator, stove-range, microwave, coffee maker, and other kitchen wares

for all your needs.



Please enjoy your stay and relax in the living area which features a TV and

leather recliner. This unit includes plenty of seating arrangements for you

and your family, including a large dining area. This is one of the few units

in the Waikiki Banyan with a Split Air Conditioning system for cool, quiet,

comfort in all rooms!

Most of our condos at Property Manager are located in the luxurious Waikiki

Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the

famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing

ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring

Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining

options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal

Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around

the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring

Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.



The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor,

soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The

Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the lobby

s Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs,

Manager offers additional amenities such as free parking for one vehicle, free

Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens in each suite. Portable beds and

cribs are available upon request, and each floor has a laundry room with

provided detergent. With 24-hour security and an emergency guest assistance
