Insects, Geckos, and anything of such nature are a valuable part of the Hawaii eco-system. We assure you we have all our condos, including this one, treated quarterly for household insects. While it is rare to see such inside the apartment, it is always possible given our environment.

#### Responsive Management 

I stayed at this property for about 5 weeks. There were a few maintenance issues that came up but Management was very responsive and handled it promptly. The location is great and parking is easy. A great value. Would recommend!
