Located at the beginning of Waikiki, this unit offers ac, smart tv, wifi and cable. The Hawaiian Monarch is a secured building that includes a spacious sun deck with grilling area, pool, and hot tub. It is steps away from Waikiki’s shopping, restaurants, nightlife and activities. It is also a short walk to Fort DeRussy Beach Park, Hilton Hawaiian Village, Ala Wai Canal and more. This delightful studio offers city and canal views and sleeps 2\. This unit is located on the 8th floor. \*IMPORTANT TO NOTE before booking: Construction noise at the building will be in effect Sep. 3, 2024 through possibly Oct. 29, 2024\. Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.\* KITCHEN/DINING This home includes a kitchenette with a 2 burner cooktop, microwave, coffee pot, full fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, cutlery and basic cookware. Plus, a bar table set (seats 2 guests). LIVING/SLEEPING AREA This unit includes a king size bed (sleeps 2 guests), smart tv, and ac. BATH This unit includes a full bath with tub/shower combo. Then when we got to the room, the room door was ajar. The door was difficult to close and occasionally wouldn’t shut and lock.
