James said he was sending someone to clean smell from bathroom sink, no one came, although he had someone there to fix sliding door on lanai. The vacuum cleaner was filthy, and needed cleaning and very poor suction and brush would not revolve. You need a new broom to sweep condo. the remote on the TV was almost inoperable. The location was central and near all the fun in Waikiki I loved that it came with parking. They were very responsive and prompt. We had a plumbing issue our first day there and one phone call and it was fixed within a few hours quickly.
