I've stayed in this same building in the past, so I was familiar with everything. The reason why I'm only giving this stay 4 stars instead of 5 were due to the following reasons. The host did not communicate with us in a timely manner. During the second night of our stay, we noticed there were no laundry pods under the bathroom sink as indicated in the instructions. I texted the host that evening at 8pm and didn't get a response until THREE DAYS later. I replied within 6 hours and then was ghosted. Also, the shower's hot water was unpredictable as it would mainly get cool or warm and then all of a sudden super hot then back to cold. Overall, this was a decent stay with some minor issues. ##### Christopher R.
