\*\*\*Important\*\*\* Exterior building repair and painting will start October 27th, 2025 and last up to 12 months. During this time, your unit lanai will not be accessible and the swimming pool with also be closed. Expect jackhammering, grinding, and vibration noises from 8am to 430pm Monday through Fridays (excluding holidays).
